I ran a licensed English school in Taiwan for fifteen years, so I know where the hours go: recaps, reports, schedules and parent messages. Today I use AI tools for this in my own classes, and I build them for other schools and tutors.

Will this replace our teachers?
No. It takes away the paperwork so teachers can spend their time teaching. Teachers always check what goes to families.
Do our teachers need to be good with technology?
No. Most tools work from simple notes or a short form. I train your staff and stay available for questions.
Is student information kept private?
Yes. I use only what each tool needs, it stays in your own accounts, and I am happy to sign a confidentiality agreement.
Which languages can parents receive?
Most major languages, including Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Khmer, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese.
Does it work with the apps we already use?
Often, yes. Recaps can go by email or be copied into apps like LINE or WeChat. I check your setup on the free call.
How do I pay?
Prices are in US dollars, and you pay half to start and half on delivery. I send an invoice you can pay securely online through my website's checkout, in your own currency, from around 50 countries and regions.
