Your Time Document
Your Time Document is the best way to ensure that we both know and understand our meeting plans. You can access it online at any time through the QR code or the link we email you. It is the best way to keep a record of your schedule while eliminating any doubts about arrangements. Your personal plan and schedule information are on one page for your convenience.
Please make sure to inform us 5+ hours in advance of any changes you would like. It's beneficial for everyone to keep this document as you want it. You won't find a 5+ hour cancellation policy anywhere else; it's totally worth bragging about.
To keep things simple, we prefer email, text or phone calls. Let us know about any updates or changes you want, and we will usually respond with your Time Document link to check and confirm things are as you want them. We recommend that everyone take a look at the document in this way to avoid any scheduling confusion. Accidents can happen. If you miss a meeting with less than five hours' notice, it's time lost. However, if we make an error, you'll receive double the time back. We want you to know that we take your time and our commitment to you very seriously.
