Monthly Subscription Cancellations

The monthly subscription is a simple convenience for students who prefer automatic billing for the 4-class Pay-As-You-Go option.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Once a monthly payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.
• Unused classes or unused time from that billing period are not refundable.
• Cancelling your subscription stops future charges only. It does not refund the current or previous billing period.
• If you would like to ask about transferring unused credit to a friend, you may ask, but this is not guaranteed.
