Who exactly will I be working with?
With me, Ross Cline, directly. rosscline.com is my own independent business. I do the planning, building, checking and support myself, using Claude and other well-known tools, and I am the person you speak to from the first call to the last fix.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. You tell me what you need in plain words, and I explain everything the same way. Most of the time, you only open an email or a web page.
What exactly is an "AI tool"?
It's a small program that does a job for you automatically, such as reading 200 web pages every week and writing you a one-page summary. It uses AI to read and write like a person, but much faster.
If you teach me Claude, why would I still need you?
Many people only want to learn, and that's great. Others find that building, testing and looking after a tool takes more time than they have, so they hand it to me. Either way, your session price counts toward a build if you book one within 30 days.
How long does a project take?
Most tools and websites are ready in one to two weeks after you approve the plan. Bigger projects get a timeline in writing.
Who owns what you build?
You do. When the work is paid for, I hand over everything, and I can move it into your own accounts whenever you're ready.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. I only use the information a job needs, I never share or show your work without your permission, and I'm happy to sign a confidentiality agreement.
How do I pay?
Prices are in US dollars, and you pay half to start and half on delivery. I send an invoice you can pay securely online through my website's checkout, in your own currency, from around 50 countries and regions.
Can we talk in my own language?
Yes. Calls are in English, and I can also meet in Chinese, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Khmer or Maltese, bringing in a helper when needed. Your written plan comes in your language.
