Ross Cline Time is a founder-led online English program built around personal attention, flexible lessons, and real progress. I work with a small number of carefully chosen agents and education partners who want to connect students and families with something more personal than a typical language school. The program is especially strong for young learners who need better reading, speaking, confidence, and calm support, and I have spent fifteen years teaching Chinese-speaking students, so I know exactly where they get stuck. You introduce students or families who seem like a good fit. If they move forward into eligible paid lessons, you earn 20% commission. Agencies that prefer to buy teacher time can choose Partner Packages instead. 您推荐合适的学生或家庭；如果他们报名符合条件的付费课程，您可获得20%佣金。希望直接购买课时的机构，也可以选择合作课时套餐。

How It Works合作流程
- You send the short application below. It takes about two minutes.填写下方简短申请表，约需两分钟。
- If it looks like a strong fit, we meet on a video call (VooV or Zoom).如果合适，我们会安排一次视频会面（腾讯会议或 Zoom）。
- Once approved, you refer families, or your agency buys a partner package.获批后，您可以推荐家庭，或由贵机构购买合作套餐。
- Referred students pay directly and are clearly linked to you; partner packages are prepaid by your agency.推荐的学生直接付款，并明确登记在您名下；合作套餐由贵机构预付。
- You receive 20% commission on eligible referred enrollments, or set your own price for your families with partner packages.推荐合作可获得符合条件报名的20%佣金；合作套餐则由您自行为家长定价。
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a meeting before approval. Not every application is accepted. 入围申请人将在批准前受邀会面，并非所有申请都会获批。
