Refunds & Returns
Because we sell time-based services (live online sessions, consulting, and teaching), traditional returns do not apply. Instead, we follow clear and reasonable time and cancellation policies so that your schedule and ours are both respected.
- A cancellation fee will apply if you do not provide at least five (5) hours' notice before a scheduled session.
- Email and text cancellations are only valid once we reply to confirm that we have received your message.
- For MyTeacher and similar pre-paid packages, full payment is required in advance. If, after two (2) weeks, we are unable to arrange what you are seeking, we will refund the remaining amount (minus any transfer fees and time already used).
- After the first four (4) hours of consultation in a MyTeacher package, your consultant cannot be changed.
- Any unused time will expire if it is not used within the active period stated for your package or Time Document.
- Recording of any kind (audio, video, screenshots, or similar) without consent is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of service without a refund.
- Your Time Document is the main record of your schedule. Please check it regularly and let us know if anything looks wrong so we can correct it.
We aim to be fair and transparent. If we make a scheduling mistake, we will make it right — including offering double time in clear cases where our error has caused you to lose a booking.
