MyTeacher Time Policy
Payment must be made in full.
If a suitable schedule cannot be arranged within 2 weeks, a full or prorated refund will be issued depending on usage.
After the first 4 hours are used, the consultant cannot be changed.
Cancellations made with less than 5 hours’ notice are chargeable.
Email and text requests are valid only after confirmation.
All hours must be used within 8 months (245 days), or any remaining time will be forfeited.
