Your Time Document is your own page on my website, at rosscline.com/yourname. It shows our whole plan in one place, and I update it after every lesson.
- When we meet, shown in your own time zone.
- Every lesson on a calendar: taught and paid, taught and waiting for payment, or booked.
- Any week we move, and the date things go back to normal.
- What is paid and what comes next, so nobody has to wonder. If a parent, a partner or a company is paying, they can look too.
- A QR code to open the newest version any time.
- English and your own language, side by side.

How changes work
- Tell me at least 5 hours before a lesson if you need to change or cancel it.
- Email, text or call me. I reply with your Time Document link so you can check that everything is right.
- With less than 5 hours' notice, that lesson time is used.
- If I make a mistake, you get double the time back. I take your time, and my promise to you, very seriously.
