I build your watch and start reading pages straight away. Your first report arrives within two weeks.

  3. Tune it together

We review the first reports together and adjust what is tracked until it is exactly right.

I built Competitor Watch for a marketing leader who wanted a weekly picture of his market, without the forty-page reports. Every number in it is checked before it reaches you, because a report is only useful if you can trust it.

I have taught since 1999, hold a TESL Certificate (Toronto, 2003) and inlingua methodology certification (Germany, 2008), and ran my own licensed English school in Taichung, Taiwan, from 2009 to 2024. I build with Claude, one of the leading AI assistants, alongside GitHub and Cloudflare, and you deal with me directly from the first call to the last fix.

  • Written plan and fixed price first
  • Working preview before you pay in full
  • You own what you pay for
  • Your information stays private
  • Mistakes fixed at no charge

Questions people ask

Is it legal to read competitors' websites?

Yes. It reads only public pages, the same pages any visitor can see, and it reads them politely, a few times a week rather than constantly.

What do I need to give you?

A list of competitors, the pages of yours that matter most, and the phrases you care about. I can suggest phrases too.

How soon will I see trends?

Your first report arrives within two weeks. Trends grow clearer every week as the history builds.

Where do the reports go?

To your inbox, on the day and time you choose. You can add colleagues whenever you are ready.

Can it watch websites in other languages?

Yes. It can read competitors' websites in many languages and report to you in English or your own language.

Who owns the reports and the data?

You do. Everything is handed over to you, and it can be moved into your own accounts at any time.

How do I pay?

Prices are in US dollars, and you pay half to start and half on delivery. I send an invoice you can pay securely online through my website's checkout, in your own currency, from around 50 countries and regions.
