付款方式Payment通过 rosscline.com 网站结账付款，支持各大信用卡、Apple Pay、Google Pay、PayPal 等，可显示人民币价格。套餐一次付清；10课时方案于每期开课前付款。Pay securely at checkout on rosscline.com: all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and more, with prices shown in RMB. 上课时间Lesson times北京时间周一至周五晚上6点至10点，周末可另行商议。Weekday evenings 6–10 p.m. Beijing time; weekends on request.
取消课程Cancelling请至少提前24小时取消；未提前取消或缺课，该课时照常计算。24 hours’ notice; later cancellations or missed lessons count as used.
上课平台Classroom腾讯会议或 Zoom，以家长方便为准。VooV (Tencent Meeting) or Zoom, whichever suits your families.
如何开始Getting started请提供学生年龄、程度及学习目标，两天内回复课程大纲与报价。Send the student’s age, level and goals; get an outline and quote within two days.
