付款方式Payment两种方式任选：①在 rosscline.com 网站结账，支持各大信用卡、Apple Pay、Google Pay、PayPal 等，可显示人民币价格；②银行转账，直接汇入柯老师在加拿大皇家银行（Royal Bank of Canada，RBC）的账户：国际电汇（SWIFT），如有加拿大银行账户也可用 Interac 电子转账。账户信息请来信或微信索取。套餐一次付清；10课时方案于每期开课前付款。Two ways to pay: (1) at checkout on rosscline.com, with all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and more, and prices shown in RMB; or (2) by bank transfer straight to Ross’s account at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC): an international wire (SWIFT), or Interac e-Transfer from a Canadian bank account. Ask Ross for the account details by email or WeChat. Packages are prepaid in full; 10-hour blocks are paid before each block.
上课时间Lesson times北京时间：周一至周四晚上6点至10点；周五晚上6点至7点；周六下午5点至晚上9点。Beijing time: Monday to Thursday 6–10 p.m.; Friday 6–7 p.m.; Saturday 5–9 p.m.
取消课程Cancelling请至少提前24小时取消；未提前取消或缺课，该课时照常计算。24 hours’ notice; later cancellations or missed lessons count as used.
上课平台Classroom腾讯会议或 Zoom，以家长方便为准。VooV (Tencent Meeting) or Zoom, whichever suits your families.
如何开始Getting started请提供学生年龄、程度及学习目标，两天内回复课程大纲与报价。Send the student’s age, level and goals; get an outline and quote within two days.
