결제 방법Payment두 가지 방법 중 선택하실 수 있습니다. ① rosscline.com에서 결제: 주요 신용카드, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal 등을 지원합니다(가격은 캐나다 달러 기준이며, 카드사에서 자동으로 환전됩니다). ② 은행 송금: 로스 선생님의 캐나다 로열은행(Royal Bank of Canada, RBC) 계좌로 직접 송금하실 수 있습니다. 해외 송금(SWIFT)이 가능하며, 캐나다 은행 계좌가 있으시면 Interac e-Transfer도 이용하실 수 있습니다. 계좌 정보는 이메일로 요청해 주십시오. 패키지는 전액 선불이며, 10시간 블록은 각 블록 시작 전에 결제합니다.Two ways to pay: (1) at checkout on rosscline.com, with all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and more (prices are in Canadian dollars; your card company converts automatically); or (2) by bank transfer straight to Ross’s account at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC): an international wire (SWIFT), or Interac e-Transfer from a Canadian bank account. Ask Ross for the account details by email. Packages are prepaid in full; 10-hour blocks are paid before each block.
수업 시간Lesson times한국 시간(KST) 기준: 월~목 19:00~23:00, 금 19:00~20:00, 토 18:00~22:00Korea time (KST): Monday to Thursday 7–11 p.m.; Friday 7–8 p.m.; Saturday 6–10 p.m.
수업 취소Cancelling최소 24시간 전에 취소해 주십시오. 그 이후의 취소나 결석은 수업을 진행한 것으로 처리됩니다.24 hours’ notice; later cancellations or missed lessons count as used.
수업 플랫폼ClassroomZoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams 또는 귀사의 플랫폼 중 편하신 방식으로 진행합니다.Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or your own platform, whichever suits your families.
